How do you manage costs?

Flipmispace® follows a transparent costing model. Every proposal includes a detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities) with specifications, brand options, and labour costs. There are no hidden charges. We help optimize costs by value engineering without compromising on design or quality and offer milestone-based payment schedules.

What does an interior designer do?

At Flipmispace®, interior design is handled by Formworld — our dedicated design partner — who transforms your ideas into functional, beautiful spaces. They take care of layout planning, theme development, material selection, and 3D visualization. Once the design is finalized, Chiselworks — our execution partner — brings the vision to life with precision and craftsmanship, ensuring seamless coordination between concept and construction.

What warranty/ support do you offer?

At Flipmispace®, we offer comprehensive post-completion support with long-term peace of mind. Civil construction and roofing works come with structural warranties of up to 10 years, ensuring safety and durability. Interior works also carry warranties of up to 10 years, depending on the materials and systems used. We stand by our workmanship and quality — and our team remains available even after handover to assist with any concerns, service needs, or minor adjustments you may require.

How long will our project take?

Timelines vary based on the project’s scope. Civil construction may take 2 to 6 months, depending on size, design complexity, and weather conditions such as monsoons. Interior projects range from 45 days to 90 days. The key advantage with Flipmispace® is our integrated planning — architectural and interior designs are developed in sync early on. This allows material production to begin in advance, and our site engineers — already familiar with the site — can execute efficiently without delays.

Is there a contract?

Yes. To ensure full clarity and accountability, Flipmispace® operates through separate contracts: one with Formworld for architectural and interior design services, and another with Chiselworks for construction and interior execution. Each agreement clearly defines the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and payment milestones, giving you complete transparency and peace of mind throughout your project.
