Flipmispace® is a lifestyle design brand created to offer a seamless, stress-free experience in architecture, civil construction, and interior execution. It is powered by the combined expertise of Formworld and Chiselworks, two professionally managed firms incorporated under the Companies Act and established in 2007.
Founded by Guna Krish along with co-founders Mareeswari Priya and Moorthi, Flipmispace brings together strong technical capabilities and deep domain expertise to deliver turnkey residential and commercial spaces. The brand serves as a single point of accountability — from dream to delivery — eliminating the need to coordinate between separate designers, builders, and vendors.
At the core of this brand is a passionate team. Formworld drives the architectural and interior design vertical, with a team of senior and junior architects, draftsmen, 3D visualizers, and a pool of dedicated architectural interns. On the execution side, Chiselworks brings together experienced project managers, site engineers, quantity surveyors, QC personnel, interior designers, and administrative professionals — all committed to translating designs into flawless on-site delivery.
Responsibility
At Flipmispace®, every project is delivered through a structured, end-to-end process that ensures quality, efficiency, and peace of mind. Powered by Formworld and Chiselworks, the brand provides a unified service — from concept to completion — backed by Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and milestone-based planning.
Formworld, the design arm, takes full responsibility for architectural planning, 3D visualization, interior design detailing, and documentation. Their team of architects, draftsmen, and visualizers collaborate closely with clients to bring ideas to life.
Chiselworks, the execution partner, manages all on-site activities including civil construction, interior execution, procurement, and quality control. With experienced project managers, engineers, and factory support for wood & metal works, we ensure each design is executed precisely as planned.
Together, the two teams form a seamless workflow that eliminates gaps, miscommunication, and delays — offering clients a transparent, hassle-free building experience under one roof.
